REQUIREMENTS:
Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Route 1 North location. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career as a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center. Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, debt collection, call center, telemarketing, recruiting, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be making a high volume of outbound calls, texts and emails to customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. The goal is to schedule an appointment for customers to come in and meet with our Product Specialists.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
You must be able to work a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts to be considered for this position. We close on most Sundays but you need to be available to work on the last Sunday of the month and occasional Sundays throughout the year. Average hours per week is 43 and you earn overtime pay after 40 hours! Great pay plan and the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited potential for growth within our organization!
COMPENSATION:
Compensation for this position is $44,000 - $60,000 per year with the ability to make more for those who are motivated. Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental coverage starts on Day 1 of employment with a 401K plan starting after 90 days.
