Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift, Monday through Saturday - alternating Fridays and Saturdays off
Salary: $16/hr Depending on Experience.

Job Duties

Customer Support

· Resolve customer complaints via email and on social media platforms

· Navigate e-commerce platforms, Ship-station, social media platforms and carrier sites effectively

· Manage customer accounts, orders, and history

· Follow and understand company policies and procedures

· Process, accept, and document payments received by navigating payment platforms effectively

· Manage outgoing/incoming shipments, manage and document customer returns and incorrectly shipped orders

· Understand shipping procedures and delivery times based on location and shipping methods used

Skills and Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Previous customer service experience preferred

· Proficient/comfortable using email to communicate

· Prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively

· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Proficient typing and data entry skills

· Proficiency with MS Office: Word and Excel

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
