About us

Ace Material Placing, Inc. is a concrete pumping and conveying company with multiple locations in southern Wisconsin and north eastern Iowa. We specialize in provide concrete pumping and material conveying services for general, concrete and excavating contractors in those areas. We have a total of 25 vehicles in our fleet. That’s where you come in! We are looking for a dispatcher to join our team and help service our customers and their needs in getting our fleet to their jobsites so we can help them lay the concrete.

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving customer scheduling needs for our pumps and conveyors. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dispatching and/or customer service role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.

Experience Required:

• microsoft excel and google sheets experience
• microsoft office produts such as word, excel, outlook
• strong telephone usage. Texting and Phone calls are the majority of this position
• general computer knowledge is required; typing, browser navigation, file navigation, etc will be a daily activity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
