Customer Service Representative opens and closes our Ambridge office, M-F, 7:30 - 4:00.
Duties include:
Phone calls, emails, and texts from customers and employees.
Data entry.
Stocking supply room.
Who We Are:
We are a 20 year old, family owned, service based, small business with 40 employees and two offices in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least an Associates Degree from an accredited institution.
Can pass a background check.
Computer literacy including Word and Excel.
The ability to learn to use our internal software and apps.
Reliable, organized and caring.
Compensation:
Starts at 15$ per hour
Paid vacation, Paid time off and eligibility for up to an additional $5 per hour on our performance based plan after 90 days.
