Job description
Quick Servant Co. handles commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment. The Customer Service Associate serves as the voice for Quick Servant when handling incoming calls from clients. Customer Service is the communication link between the clients requesting service and other relevant departments.
Job requirements and Responsibilities:
· Prioritize call schedule according to urgency and partner expectations.
· Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.
· Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule.
· Data entry for service logs and call records.
· Work autonomously and in team settings.
· Capable of following office procedures and guideline.
· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Active listener with excellent communication skills.
· Sound judgement and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
· High school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
