Lodi's oldest industrial employer is looking to expand our inside sales team. If you want to grow your sales career, we have an opportunity for you. We need someone willing to develop strong relationships with our national customer base via phone. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual who wants to grow with us. We have a robust benefits package, including a superb 401K match and paid holidays for eligible employees. Workdays are Monday-Friday, no weekends necessary.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Expectations:

• Be willing to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
• Work strategically with customers, peers, and management
• Process customer quotes/orders promptly
• Follow-up with customers to see if we won or lost quotes
• Resolve customer issues
• Work effectively with all internal departments

Qualifications:

• Commitment to winning
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communiation skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Enthusiasm, self confidence, and assertiveness
• Aptitude to develop knowledge of all products and services
• Previous supervisory duties a plus, but not required
• College, community college, or online classes or certificates a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
