Job description
We are seeking customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team. The ideal candidates for this position will have prior experience in retail environments as well as strong communication and problem solving skills. Our customer service associates must be friendly and willing to learn new tasks on the fly. Cashiers will be required to handle money and perform basic math, and will be responsible for keeping the store stocked and maintaining a clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers.
- Answer customer questions on a wide range of products.
- Deliver products to shoppers at checkout.
- Operate cash registers, credit card machines and other Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Help customers find the right product.
- Keep a neat and tidy checkout position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fitchburg, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
