We are seeking a conceptual creative director to work in a team responsible for developing global multi-platform marketing campaigns for the Apple TV App with an emphasis on sports marketing. We conceptualize and create brand-led campaigns across media and platforms. You will be required to lead a team of creatives, maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against Apple standards. You know how to tell stories, on any platform, that drives engagement. You have a pulse on creative trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in fast paced organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative
  • Proficient in Digital, Social, AV, and Print advertising formats and top of class creative benchmarks
  • Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years significant experience, including 5 years management experience with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional focused environment
  • Collaborative and team oriented approach
  • International experience or experience working with global teams
  • Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
  • Significant experience in sports marketing, whether leading creative efforts for a sports media entity, lifestyle brand, or specific league/team.

Develop big, cut through ideas that get results Articulate and sell these big ideas to senior leadership in Marcom, services organization and beyond Maintain momentum around creative concepts, as a core part of the team that is responsible for bringing them into the world Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction Develop multi-media extensions that extend the campaign across the Apple ecosystem Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, aswell as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive and implement campaigns

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • We are looking for portfolio of work that showcases leadership excellence in writing, conceptual creative thinking, and problem solving. The work should be integrated and feature a diversity of ideas and approaches to marketing and in-product communication problem solving.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $156,000 and $273,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
