Monitor, manage, and write equipment show pulls for assigned shows from an operational standpoint for accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness from initial work order status to final show pull.

This position is located in Coppell, TX supporting our Audio Visual & Event Technology team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and create Show Pulls for events using Alford’s database backbone. Resolve and clean up all pull items before load in.
  • Interact with staff from multiple departments to confirm equipment and show requirements to fulfill show pull needs.
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining costs of last-minute cross rentals in coordination with Cross Rental Manager. Create cross rental POs.
  • Determine how to best utilize second-tier gear using show flow opportunities and maintaining flow schedules. Be aware of inventory counts and collaborate with other Operations Coordinators to maximize inventory usage.
  • Make show-specific purchases as needed. Create purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Participate in crew and client conference calls as needed as an Operation Department representative.
  • Compile and maintain client custom Foresee Case lists.
  • Looks for and implement ways to improve Operation Department processes and service level, including casing, packaging, and client cases. Assist with projects for quality control, operations, and office.
  • Assist in all areas of warehouse and inventory management as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
