Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for the administrative support in the review, preparation, implementation, and maintenance of contracts for physicians, ancillary providers, vendors, etc. The Contracts Specialist shall assist in the maintenance of a contracts database, which contains all contracts for Community Memorial Healthcare and the creation of reports from the contract database. The Contracts Specialist provides assistance to the Legal and Compliance Analyst and Legal team with contract preparation and shall provide support on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
The Contracts Specialist should be a self-starter and be self-motivated; have the skills necessary to give attention to details and demonstrate strong organizational skills. The Contracts Specialist will report directly to the Corporate Compliance Officer.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of contracts related experience
- Three (3) years of experience creating professional documents, proofreading and using proper grammar and punctuation
- Proficient computer skills and database management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
