We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us create and measure the performance of high-quality, engaging content that drives awareness to our target audiences. The Content Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our success.

Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, you will oversee the execution of our B2B content strategy and be crucial in helping to promote and measure the results of the content that is created; helping us to grow Carrum's brand awareness. You'll be responsible for helping to expand our digital footprint through informative, highly valuable written and visual content. The right person for this role is a creative marketing professional with a robust background writing and editing engaging, optimized content, and a working knowledge of how to utilize data to measure and inform campaign strategy. You've hustled, you've created, you've implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.

The salary range for this role is $110k - $130k plus bonus.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Own the execution of our B2B content to ensure deadlines are met
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content pieces for SEO performance
  • Help build awareness within Carrum's employer and consultant audiences
  • Measure, analyze and report back on content performance
  • Regularly collaborate with our Marketing Automation Manager, outsourced writers, and internal stakeholders such as the Creative Director, Product Commercialization, and Business Development teams
  • Work closely with the Director of Demand Generation on continued content strategy
  • Implement SEO best practices and be able to assess the best platforms for each content type
  • Manage B2B Content Development calendar

  • You bring a robust writing background and knowledge of content optimization. We hope to see from you:
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Experience working with creative teams and giving constructive feedback
  • At least 3 years of experience producing both channel-specific, and SEO optimized web content for niche, B2B audiences (preferably in the employer benefits or healthcare tech space)
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Adwords is a plus
  • Track record in B2B content management
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into digestible ideas for different audiences
  • Understanding of ABM tactics and creating content for full-funnel lead nurturing
  • In-depth knowledge of content optimization for multiple channels such as search, social, and email and audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with <sales, operations, client success, data, and product> teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
