Duties: Experience managing construction crews and production of small-midsize repair projects. This position is for a working supervisor with a minimum of 3+ years experience working with customers while building and remodeling residential homes with a high level of quality. Must be skilled in hanging sheet rock, mud, tape, texture, paint, carpentry, and trim work. Must be willing to be hands on to do the work, lead the work, and train others with a high level of quality and accountability.

Responsibilities and requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Running remodel projects from start to finish
• Project scheduling
• Customer selections and material procurement
• Organizing and overseeing employees and subcontractors.
• Sheetrock taping, various texture applications, and painting
• General construction knowledge and basic finish carpentry skills beneficial.
• Experience framing, tile, and flooring, a plus.
• Customer service, customer service, customer service!
• Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; including use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• You must have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand, stoop, kneel, and/or bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to work independently or as a team, and carry out written and oral instructions
• After hours on call rotation for 1 week a month
• Travel on occasions
