Construction Project Manager
Job description
- * Estimate projects ranging in size from $75k to $3m
- *Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, civil plans, and specifications
- *Able to perform quality takeoffs for material to be ordered
- *Submittal review and approval process
- *Purchasing and procurement of project materials
- *Develop and maintain project schedules
- *Work and support project superintendent
- *Coordinate GC/architect/owner regarding RFI's

Pay: $65,879.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ashburn, VA 20147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
