• Supervise and work with Complimentary Services Team, delivering the breakfast meal and the evening Mix reception according to Marriott Standards
• Observe performance and encourage improvement, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and standards of service are met, enhancing morale. Train staff as needed
• Follows brand steps of service, check with guest regularly to ensure satisfaction and perform guest service recovery when needed
• Ensure complete knowledge of complimentary breakfast and evening reception standards, preparation method/time, ingredients, and quality standards of taste according to the recipe, operate ovens, microwaves, coffee machine, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure complete knowledge of all recipes per Brand Standards
• Setup, break down, clean, and sanitize all Front and Back of the House, complying with all health and sanitation codes.
• Schedule personnel and order/ control supplies

• Previous Food and Beverage experience required
• Food and Beverage Supervisory experience preferred
• Food Safety Certification preferred
• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Must use hands to perform food preparation and sanitation responsibilities
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch to restock, store, and clean
• Must have a good near and far vision, including the ability to read and interpret written instructions/directions
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
