You will play a central role in improving the performance of all of MathWorks code-generation products by delivering new capabilities - new optimizations to our compiler infratructure, enhancements to our backends such as targetting LLVM, OpenMP and CUDA, and many other improvements that you will help define.

- Design and implement new compiler optimizations.
- Improve existing code-generation capablities.
- Help downstream product teams understand how to get the most from our code-generation infrastructure.
- MS +3 years experience in software or compiler development, or a PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrated theoretical and practicial experience in compiler implementation.
- 2+ years experience delivering high-quality software solutions implemented in C++.
- Excellent software craftsmenship.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with C++
- A bachelor's degree is required.
