COMMUNITY RECEPTIONIST - Homecoming at The Resort

Lewis Apartment Communities has a need for a Community Receptionist for our beautiful NEW lease-up community, Homecoming at The Resort, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

In your new career, you will provide professional front-desk greeting, administration, and energetic customer service to potential and current apartment community residents at one of our large, upscale communities. In addition, you will be the first step in providing the best in customer service to residents within Lewis’ Inland Empire apartment communities.

Additional responsibilities would include:

• Front-desk administration
• Phones and email correspondence
• Calendar management
• Stocking of brochures and other marketing materials
• Interacting with leasing consultants and community managers.
• Assisting with other community projects/events as needed

Professionalism, polish and personality are key to joining our expanding team of Inland Empire professionals. Previous experience in an upscale retail, receptionist, or sales environment is a plus!

Additional qualifications would include excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and a working knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.).
