Our client, a top ranked national general contractor is actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to support their growing pipeline of projects. The Superintendent will be the company's representative for commercial construction projects and will manage it from start to completion.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Have a Minimum of 2 years as a General Contractor Superintendent and has completed Retail, Grocery, Gas Stations, Restaurants, or financial institution projects
• Ground up / New Construction, Remodels, Build outs, TI's, Renovation experience
• This position requires the ability to travel Regionally and/or Nationally
• Must be able to provide project list

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• Great base salary ranging from $85,000+ per year based on experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
