Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Processor to assist a team of Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers with daily processes that allow them to provide products and services to meet the needs of each customer. The candidate for this role will have strong communication and organizational skills with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• New York Property & Casualty license preferred or must be able to pass employer-paid state insurance licensing course and exam
• Prior customer service experience of at least one (1) year
• High school diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to help customers with their insurance needs
• Ability to maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Focused, productive, and accountable with an attention to detail
• Ability to learn and become proficient in customer relationship management software
