Clinical Trials Enrollment Specialist: IMMEDIATE NEED!

6-month contract-to-hire

Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm

Or Saturday rotation with 1 weekday off

$18.00/hr

PURPOSE:

Review and assess volunteer eligibility for Phase 1 Clinical Trials in order to facilitate enrollment on clinical trials.

Assist with other recruiting activities to ensure volunteer satisfaction.

IDEAL candidate:

• Medical experience AND telephone/reception/customer service
• Able to dig into medical questions, medication, etc

MUST be good with computers, typing, medical terminology, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select and schedule volunteers for screenings and baseline physicals per established departmental and sponsor quotas, and capture volunteer/patient data per study requirements in the appropriate databases
• Explain procedures and study details to volunteers to gain interest, cooperation, and understanding and to alleviate apprehension
• Screen and interview study participants for various studies available by matching qualified candidates with studies that fit the participants and sponsors needs
• Process inbound and outbound Volunteer Recruitment Department inquiries
• Physician outreach
• Patient/Subject visit follow up
• Any additional recruitment or study efforts deemed necessary
