Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst, Clinical & Strategic Analytics will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Manager, Clinical & Strategic Analytics. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices, with a focus on managed care and payer contracting. This role will also provide a robust introduction to the healthcare and oncology industries, providing insight into how analytics can be used to inform strategy and improve performance of care delivery organizations.
Responsibilities

Performing analyses on large data sets, including EHR, billing, and clinical data to understand payer reimbursement and utilization trends for OneOncology partner practices

Leading contract modeling and analysis to support managed care negotiations with payers

Creating dashboards to provide users with insight on managed care contracts and contract performance

Developing deliverables to communicate findings to OneOncology and partner practice leaders
Key Competencies

An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Proficiency in SQL

Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus

Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

2-5 years of work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus

Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
