Overview:

Due to growth, NC Center for Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist for their welcoming outpatient clinic location in Durham, NC.

This is a great opportunity for well-rounded Physical Therapists who are driven, with an interest to manage a clinic, to run something of their own. The ideal candidate must be open to being a clinical instructor. The ideal candidate is dry needling certified or interested to obtain the certification upon hire for this position.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Clinic Manager hired will work with a variety of patients. The clinic is a mix of general orthopedic cases, including neuro, vertigo, and some Parkinson's. The position consists of about 75% direct patient care with about 25% managerial duties.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position in Durham, NC. The candidate hired will work Monday-Friday. No weekends / no holidays.

The clinic hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 7 pm, and Friday 8 am - 2 pm. The work schedule for the full-time Clinic Manager is flexible based on the needs of the candidate and the needs of the clinic. Work 4 days a week at 10 hours per shift is available as a scheduling option.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is in the ballpark of $85,000 per year, plus bonuses, and goes up based on experience. Benefits include Paid Time Off – Health Insurance – Simple IRA Retirement - Paid Holidays.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for North Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is required.

• Prior management experience is preferred, but not required.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Instructor is preferred, but not required.

• The candidate must be willing to be a Clinical Instructor.

• The ideal candidate is dry needling certified or interested to obtain the certification upon hire for this position.
