Ideal candidate will live within 10 to 15 miles of our Oviedo Office.

FirstLight Home Care is currently searching for a Client Scheduling Coordinator who is also an experienced HHA/CNA to work with our scheduling team. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Flexibility is a must! Ideal candidate must live within 20 minutes, or less, of our Oviedo office (Seminole County near UCF). Some visits to client homes are required.

Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients
• Manage client and caregiver schedules in our scheduling software system
• Ability to train new caregivers at hire and in client homes
• Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals and metrics
• Be able to think logically and match caregivers with clients appropriately
• Other tasks as assigned
• On call one to two times per week
• (CNA/HHA caregiving experience is required)

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three years of related HHA/CNA experience
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Some experience with Microsoft Suite and scheduling software (we will train on our TeleTrack system)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture long-lasting relationships
• Strong Customer Service skills!!
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
