Position Title: Client Coordinator
Report To: Practice Administrator

Come grow with Dr. Blue! This dynamically diverse surgical practice is growing! Additional services has necessitated the need to increase our Clinical Coordinator positions. This full-time position may be filled by a CMA, CNA or LPN, EMT, Veteran military medic.

You will rotate between four complementing areas of the practice. The ideal candidate for this progressive rotating position will:
1. Be trained as a Skin Care Specialist to perform skin care procedures autonomously where you keep all tips.
2. Medically assist the Surgeon in the clinic, perform vitals, take photos and chaperone enhancement consultations and injection.
3. Prepare clients for surgical and non-surgical procedures, order supplies and assist as needed in the operating room.
4. Cover front desk obligations such as phones, schedule appointments, welcome and check patients in and out. Accept payment, coordinate meetings and assist co-workers as needed.
We are looking for a CMA, CNA or LPN EMT, Veteran military medic who has the right skill sets and inclination to learn. Pay increases at each fully successful performance level. Ideal candidate will eventually be able to function in all areas as part of a rotating schedule to optimize customer service and maximize salary potentials.

Hourly rates: $17 - $19, depending on your level of experience and performance.

As a Skin Care Specialist, you will learn about skin care products and sales, spa instruments and procedures (facials), in order to be able to perform these procedures on the patients and sell skin care products. You will keep 100% of your tips and you will receive shared commission from product sales.

As a Medical assistant you will perform administrative and clinical duties under the direction of the physician and manager. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, answer phones, check in/check out patients, inventory, ordering supplies and more. Clinical duties may include assisting the Surgeon during surgeries, taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, sterilizing instruments, and administering medications as directed by physician.
As the Operating Room coordinator you will ensure all materials and supplies are ready for upcoming surgeries. Order supplies and perform inventory checks. Support surgeon and nursing personnel as needed. Communicate with client family. Maintain all components for OR readiness reviews.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of computers, fax, phone and other office machines.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to the position, function independently, and have flexibility and personal integrity.
  • Must continuously demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with co-workers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Medical office: 6 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
