*Position Description Summary:*As a Sales Associate, you are to provide assistance to customers and handle various duties such as operating the POS/cash register, greeting customers, helping customers locate products, doing paperwork, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store. *Essential Functions of the Job:* Provide an enthusiastic greeting to all customers upon their entering the store, or on the phone. Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued. Give 100% attention to customers. Move quickly to provide fast service. Responsible for the checkout procedures and proper cash handling. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * Great Customer Service Skills * Retail knowledge * Cash handling skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to pay attention to details * Self-motivated with ability to follow directions. * Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different personnel from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives * Ability to work a regular schedule (including weekends & holidays) with ability to be flexible when circumstances require schedule adaptations. * The ability to multi-task. * Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
