Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Site Cleaning Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' construction sites are clean, safe, and free of debris. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, cleaning up construction debris, and keeping the site clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Clean up construction debris and remove trash from the construction site
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas
• Dust and clean surfaces, walls, and ceilings
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction site cleaning preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
