• Day to day operations of the project(s) assigned to
  • Labor
    • Enforce safety protocol
    • Review & approve Daily Foreman’s Reports and submit them to the office
    • Collaborate with the management team to align/schedule manpower
    • Make sure all personnel are on-site, ready to go at 7 AM
    • Understand all union rules, maintain a good relationship with unions
    • Communicate layoffs at inappropriate times to ensure no additional costs occur
  • Equipment
    • 2 PM daily phone call
      • Communicate upcoming equipment needs
      • Communicate when equipment is ready to demobilize
    • Report mechanical issues via Trello, follow up via phone call to Dan
    • Ensure Field Work Orders are completed as required
    • Ensure regular maintenance checks and regular greasing occur
  • Material
    • Handle all ordering of materials from approved PO’s
      • Timing & logistics
      • Communication with vendors on approved PO’s.
    • Ensure anything ordered on terms or above $500 has a PO.
    • Review and approve all consumable purchases made by a foreman.
  • Subcontractors
    • Scheduling all subcontractors from approved PO’s.
    • Review & approve all subcontractor invoices prior to submitting them to the office
• Lead Operations conference call per project as schedule requires
  • Our team frequently schedules conference calls to review the operational progress of individual projects. All management-level employees involved in the specific project are invited to join. The expectation is that you will be involved in every Civil division project and therefore these calls
• Coordinate with GC or owner on site
  • On-site representative
  • Coordinate timing/schedule for inspectors
  • Coordinate timing/schedule for deliveries
  • Communicate with PM/Office on schedule so this can be relayed to the client
  • Management of Change
    • Master of our scope - know exactly what is and is not within our scope
    • Require email directive before doing anything outside of contract work
    • Ensure all AWAs are signed and uploaded to Carson cloud

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and referrals
• Versed in all aspects of the construction management process
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to properly administer construction contracts
• Must have above average computer skills

• Upon employment, you will travel to company headquarters in Lafayette, NJ for a minimum of two weeks.
• Here you will meet the team, learn our systems, and gain an understanding of our site supervision process & expectations
