Central City Consulting is an advertising and consulting firm located in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a Charity Client Service Coordinator to add to our vibrant team.

Entry Level Client Service Coordinator Job Description:

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling and engaging with clients on a day to day basis, schedule fundraising events, dealing with consumer accounts and transactions as well as take part in local events.

Day to Day Tasks as a Charity Client Service Coordinator:

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Must be personable, energetic, positive and enjoy working with people daily.

· High Attention to Detail.

· Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

· Excellent verbal/written communication.

· Coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials.

· Handling consumer & donor concerns.

· Following up with customers weekly.

· Provide excellent Customer Service to clients and customers.

· Communicating with customers and clients about additional products and services.

Entry Level Charity Client Service Coordinator Job Requirements:

· FULL TIME Hours, must be available Mon-Fri.

· Thrive in Dynamic and Collaborative Environment.

· At Least 18 Years of Age.

· Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality Experience.
