This CRNA role is not a casual position, rather the right candidate must be able to cover shifts M - F, 8:00A - 4:30P. We are flexible to the number of shifts worked each week (minimum 3), and there are opportunities to pick up other evening, or weekend shifts as desired. This position will be primarily located in Vadnais Heights, but may be required to occassionally cover at our Burnsville location.

CRNA's with a 32+ hour / week committment are also eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, and more!

We are currently searching for a talented and detail-oriented certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Mental Health practice to administer ketamine infusion therapy. The CRNA candidate will be fully trained on the administration of ketamine to mental health patients. The CRNA will work collaboratively with the mental health providers, Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners, to ensure ketamine is a safe treatment.

All candidates should have in-depth knowledge of administering anesthesia to patients. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate good judgment and the ability to respond appropriately to stressful conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an effective anesthetic plan.
  • Manage the patient's airway and respiratory status.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after a medical procedure.
  • Perform regular patient visits and legibly record findings in the patient records.
  • Request and assess diagnostic tests. ( Pre-procedure evaluation)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a CRNA required.
  • Must have a current license to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Must be skilled in airway management techniques
  • Possess superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of current anesthesia practices and techniques.
