IPSC is seeking dependable staff for Central Station Operators to perform dispatch, alarm monitoring, and clerical tasks. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Job duties include:Perform dispatcher and receptionist duties.
Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Monitoring alarm signals and notifying the proper authorities
Dispatching calls, absentee notices, call-offs, etc.
Performing various clerical duties - organizing, filing, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Must be friendly, courteous and professional.
Must be able to multitask.
