Interstate Battery of Miami and the Florida Keys is hiring for a Team Lead to manage our route sales representatives and grow the sales. We are very fortunate that our company, Interstate Battery, has an opportunity to expand during this ever changing work and economic environment. As a Team Lead, earning 70K with room for growth, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales and leadership skills.

Do you possess the following skills or assets?

• Can sell just about anything!
• Great communicator
• Experience in management and preferably in B2B sales.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Leadership abilities
• Able to teach by personal interaction, lead by example
• Reliability
• Sales and management skills
• Growth intended mind set
• Do you possess a CDL license or in the process of obtaining one?
• Physically fit? We wholesale batteries so you must the ability to lift 25-55 pound batteries.

Our territory is in the Southwest Miami area and stretches from the Broward-Dade county line to Key West. We have eleven established routes and we are looking for a Team Lead with a CDL license, to lead the team in the expansion of our territory.

We operate Monday - Friday 6:15 to 5:00 No nights or weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Our route trucks are sanitized weekly by a professional team and we provide all the necessary equipment for daily sanitation as well.
