Catering Events Admin:

Summary:

The Catering Events Admin is responsible for a myriad of customer service & sales team support. Including but not limited to: Answering incoming calls, taking delivery orders, answering customer questions, qualifying, and distributing leads, troubleshooting problems, routing and distribution of event paperwork to multiple departments.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate and ensure accuracy for all Prep Sheets, Pull Sheets, Event Instructions, Routing and Details.
• Answer inbound calls and prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, event orders, invoices)
• Handle customer inquiries both by telephone and email
• Maintain a systematic process for tracking, distributing and follow up of event leads
• Utilize systems to input customer information, book events and create follow up tasks related to the business.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Provide ongoing contribution to the Catering Sales and Leadership Team
• Understand department budget and sales cycle.
• Ability to work with people from all levels and backgrounds.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
