Wage range: $20.85-$25.00 (depending on experience)
Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
Reports to: ASC Operations Officer

Position Description
As a Card Services Specialist working in our Account Service Center (ASC), you will be required to be able to perform the duties of a Card Services Representative. Additionally, you will support branches with Tier II customer support, Reg E and Visa Disputes, and assist with department projects.

Card Services Representative
  • Balance assigned General Ledgers.
  • Process Fraud Alerts.
  • Process Applications, Card Reorders, Travel Notices & Change Requests.
  • Process Debit Card Stop Payment Requests.
  • Process ATM/Debit Card Regulation E/Visa Disputes.
  • Tier I support for situational analysis & troubleshooting requiring critical thinking.

Card Services Specialist
  • Assist with training to Card Services Representative members as necessary.
  • Assist with Card Services End of Month processes and reports for Executive Team.
  • Process daily tasks, analyze trends and track issues requiring support and escalate issues to ASC Operations Officer as appropriate.
  • Processing of Quarterly Network Certifications.
  • Responsible for processing Compromised Account Management System (CAMS) alerts.
  • Support ASC Operations Officer with projects, as assigned.
  • Tier II support for situational analysis and troubleshooting requiring critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Work with the Card Services Team to maintain department procedures.

General
  • Model the Citizens Bank Corporate Culture in all aspects of interactions and work.
  • Create a connection and develop rapport with Bank personnel to provide outstanding, personalized service.
  • Maintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments to maximize effectiveness and to best serve our customers.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Responsible for completing all training courses assigned.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other banking regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years ATM/Debit Card processing and ATM/Debit Card Regulation E/Visa Dispute experience at a financial institution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating Windows based PC.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with general office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, 10-key, filing systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of basic addition and subtraction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Jack Henry Banking software experience.
