We are looking for a fun & positive Sales Associate for a fast paced pop up booth in brooklyn. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their interest, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right flowers for their desired experience. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company's standards.

What we sell exactly:

Prerolls, teas, edibles, Liquers, and infused lotions.

Responsibilities - Below is a preview of what each weekend day looks like:

• Arrive to the outdoor market by the given time 9am - 10am
• Retrieve set up from uber that will be sent to you
• Set up Lavender Buds booth according to training and set up picture with appropriate signage and placements
• Friendly invite passing spectators over to the booth
• Hand out cards & flyers to each potential customer and bystander
• Be knowledgeable of each strain, flower, and LB wellness blunts to effectively communicate the customers needs.
• Checkout using LB POS system app.
• Post stories of customer interactions on our instagram.
• At end of day or if sold out, break down set up, place into wagon and call uber using LB credit. Pack uber with all of LB equipment and product. Send uber back to LB headquarters in Flatbush.

Most venues are outside such as a pop up market, farmers market, festival or concert. Does this sound like something you be passionate and enthusiastic about? • Skills
• Extensive knowledge about cannabis strains, terpenes, etc.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
