  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer service/ Call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training given
  • Time keeping
  • Attendance

Two shift patterns Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700/ 0900 - 1800
