Job description
My client, a Call Centre based in Par, is seeking new Call Centre Agents to support their outbound team.
This is a temporary, on-going position, with weekly pay.
What we offer:
- Salary: £9.50 an hour. You also accrue Holiday pay
- Weekly pay.
- Commission.
- Flexible around you.
- Immediate starts.
Hours – 10am – 7pm or 11am – 8pm (can be flexible if required).
Between 3 and 5 shifts per week including one weekend day per week – flexible days to suit you.
What you will be doing:
- Making outbound calls, seeking charity donations
- No cold data, all warm data & contacts that have requested a call
There also will be training through the company and what they do, call scripts etc, how the payment and phone systems work for outbound calls and donations for campaigns etc.
You will need to be:
- Sales experience would be desirable
- Committed to your work
