Job Title:

Optimal Support Specialist (Call Center Representative)

Position Type:

Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Non-Exempt (hourly)

Reports To:

Optimal Support Services Manager

Location:

SH TN2 - Waynesboro, TN

Work Days:

5 days per week (on-site) - As scheduled by department Manager

Work Hours:

8-hour shifts 10:30am - 7:00pm Central Time, or as scheduled by the department manager

Position Summary

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, concerns, and other inquiries.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Seeking Health’s Core Values.
  • Respond to phone calls, voicemail, live chats, and emails.
  • Respond to Amazon product questions and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolve all PayPal disputes.
  • Review and approve/not approve all customer reviews.
  • Process all incoming returns and refunds for wholesale and retail.
  • Adhere to other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

High school diploma or equivalency required

3+ years of experience in a call center preferred.

Knowledge or experience with nutritional supplements preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with NetSuite & Zendesk preferred

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, manage time and prioritize tasks.

Require a high level of communication skills (verbal and written).

Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Maintain professionalism during stressful situations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to investigate and research to find the most accurate answers to customers' inquiries.
