We have the job for you! Kids Dental Brands is offering an excellent entry-level opportunity to join our call center team in Glendale, AZ! This call center position will primarily be responsible for supporting local dental offices in the states the Company operates in. This is a full-time work from home position.
JOB TYPE: Full-time work from home position
ALLOWANCE: We offer an internet allowance of up to $60/month for work expenses
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years customer service preferred
SCHEDULE: Day shifts - No nights or weekends required at this time
PAY: $14-$14.50 / hourly
BONUS PAY: Opportunities to earn up to $100 a month in addition to your hourly pay!

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment confirmation
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Give top-quality patient care!
