General Manager

What you will do:
The General Manager ensures that day to day business operations run smoothly. Essential functions will include, but are not limited to:

Working cooperatively and in tandem with café crew
Managing the Daily Shift, Create weekly schedules, Perform Weekly Inventory, Ordering
Enhancing the customers’ brand experience
Maintaining operational excellence
Ensuring proper hiring, orientation, training, and development of hourly employees
Planning & budgeting to meet and exceed café labor and inventory controls

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
