Become Business Ops Analysis, Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you will be lead planning, development, and implementation of complex medium to large scale, interdepartmental projects and processes with regulatory and technology impacts to the Customer Contact Center (CCC). You will monitor and provide updates to CCC leaders and employees on organizational performance and initiatives. To be successful, you will have organizational change management (OCM) experience, which includes excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You will build and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure the success of the CCC. You will have project management skills and understand the value of communicating to clients, colleagues, and cross-functional business partners. You will be empowered to plan projects and make day-to-day decisions regarding your projects, as well as produce the desired deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost while meeting client needs.

  • You will monitor and provide updates to CCC leaders and employees on organizational performance and initiatives
  • Work with Customer Programs & Services to implement enrollment processes for customer programs, which includes developing process maps, gathering resource needs and identifying any reporting (as needed)
  • Oversee development and provide input to education materials for CCC frontline employees and provide final reviews for accuracy
  • Lead new program processing implementations and communicate any existing program changes impacting existing processes
  • Lead and support various CCC strategic initiatives/projects and process improvement efforts
  • Provide oversight of organizational change management (OCM) activities targeted for CCC Specialty Operations
  • Use standardized tools and resources in alignment with project management methodology to develop project charter, project plans, risk and issues management, and communications
  • Develop and distribute status reports for assigned programs/projects/initiatives
  • Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences
Qualifications


The essentials

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience interpreting analytical results to provide recommendations/solutions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to understand and appropriately respond to stakeholder needs

The preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Project Management experience; managing and implementing large-scale strategic projects, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project status
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing and collaborating with peers, management, and other departments to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and flexible to adjust to changing priorities
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience using Microsoft Access, SharePoint, OneNote, and Visio
  • Experience in facilitating and leading process re-engineering efforts and/or business requirements workshops
  • Experience working well under time constraints with ability to self-manage priorities and multiple demands while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality work with minimal direction
  • Demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to problem solve complex issues
  • Experience with SAP C/4, S/4, iEnergy

  • When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is Remote. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
