We are seeking an experienced Business Application Specialist for a Health Care Account to help manage and implement business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the performance of business applications and ensure they remain up-to-date.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the applications and provide advice on how to resolve them.
Develop, test, and deploy new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
Train and educate users on the proper use of applications.
Maintain detailed records of application usage and performance.
Develop and implement processes to ensure the security and integrity of business applications.
Pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 Yearly
You will be in charge of offering our client bases through leads generated by the business solutions. These communications will happen over the phone in a professional atmosphere. To fulfill the demands of the client and offer a solution to give them the health coverage they require, a competent agent must be flexible, motivated, and coachable.
Working knowledge of software development and testing processes.Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
