DIRECT REPORTS & DEPARTMENT STRUCTURE:

  • You will have direct management over all Group Sales Account Executives (and Senior Account Executives) that have a primary focus on Brooklyn Nets events, games, and programs, etc.
    • Group Sales Account Executives that are hired with a focus on Barclays Center events and shows, will report to the Manager, Arena Group Sales
      • Team Budgeted Roster: 8 Account Executives
    • The Group Sales Coordinator will report to the Director, Group Sales; however, they will collaborate with both Group Sales managers to support and all projects, games, and events
  • You (along with the Manager, Arena Group Sales) will report to the Director, Group Sales

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, Hire, Onboard, and Train Staff
  • Assist Director, Group Sales with ongoing department training
    • This includes establishment of a training calendar for the team with approved topics
  • Manage Group Sales Account Executives including direct oversight and monitoring of:
    • ExecVision (call monitoring daily and coaching to bring deals to close for each rep)
    • Campaign Performance, Pipelines, funnels and opportunity progression
    • KPI expectations
    • Goal monitoring and pacing
    • Weekly 1x1’s with each team member
    • Establish week over week expectations and create system for metrics/expectations being met or not
  • Assist Director, Group Sales with Product Variation / Program Management / Theme Night Management
  • Community sales table event planning
  • Create LiveChat calendar for team
  • Manage Group Sales Inventory for Nets games and other events as assigned
    • This includes monitoring A/R, seats on reserve, and forecasting future sales
  • Communicate and update Director, Group Sales and other department leaders on team performance and pacing
  • Work with other departments or external partners to drive Group Sales initiatives as requested by the Director, Group Sales
  • Assist Arena Group Sales to ensure successful sales of those events

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000
