Job Responsibilities:

  • Per our culture you should provide a level of Platinum Service to each and every guest.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests as they enter the breakfast area.
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar and serving area according to Marriott brand standards.
  • Responsible for making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well always attended to.
  • Be the example of the highest quality guest service to the guest always and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure breakfast area is consistently kept clean and presentable for all guests
  • Engage with guests to make sure they are enjoying breakfast and their stay.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and provide guest follow up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a people person and love being part of their morning breakfast before a busy day.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Be a morning person ready to start each day with a smile while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as excellent independent work ethic.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Reports to the Assistant General Manager.
  • Works with the Management Health Department to maintain high food safety scores.
  • Cooperates with Sales and Service Associates and Housekeepers.
