Our 50 guestroom Best Western Plus in Traverse City works as a team to offer a pleasant work environment and the best possible guest experience. We have been a top performing hotel for many years and are looking for a team oriented individual to help us continue the success. We are looking to add a new team member in our Breakfast department.

The job responsibilities are the following:

• Shift starts at 5:15AM. Breakfast ends at 10am. Clean up and prep for next day takes about 2 +/- hours.
• Oversee the setup and take down of the breakfast buffet.
• Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Ensure fresh food and coffee is stocked during service hours.
• Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service.
• Greeting and interact with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Receiving food orders and stocking food items.
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
