Property Manager Bookkeeper
General:
High-volume Real Estate Company is searching for a detailed and proactive Bookkeeper to assist in the growth of our company. A strong ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks at once as well as receive direction from multiple team members.
Bookkeeping for large resort rental department.
Daily posting of rent and payments received.
Weekly owner check run for short-term and long-term reservations.
Processing of security deposits.
Vendor payments for service work on rental properties.
Tracking and follow through with agent on lease agreement deadlines and requirements.
Bank Reconciliations.
Prior experience with Quickbooks, Escapia Rental Software, Streamline Rental Software and App Folio a plus.
Accounting background or degree a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
