*Minimum one year of BCBA experience preferred*


The BCBA will work with our amazing team of RBTs, providing daily support, feedback, and supervision. We provide our RBTs with well above the 5% required amount of supervision to support them in providing the best possible therapy for our clients. BCBAs are responsible for managing their client caseload, providing supervision to RBTs, conducting regular parent training, monitoring progress daily, and making program updates weekly. All therapy sessions and team meetings are held in our clinic. The function of the BCBA is to provide holistic, individualized programming for clients and to train and support RBTs.


Essential Job Skills:

  • Provide ongoing support and supervision.
  • Continually analyze increase and decrease behavior data.
  • Provide regular parent training.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Regularly receive feedback from the Clinic Director.
  • An understanding and collaborative attitude aligned with and supportive of the mission and core values of AccessAbilities, Inc.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Employment is contingent on passing a drug test and background checks.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a BCBA credential.
  • Must be an exciting, positive influence.
