Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General Manager
Summary: Promotes quality birthday parties, customer service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for birthday parties, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company.

- In charge of scheduling all birthday parties
- Be the number one point of contact regarding birthday parties
- Follow up with any phone calls from families with interest
- In charge of communicating to management the staffing needs in a timely manner
- Ordering and picking up cupcakes
- Party set up and breakdown
- In charge of any paperwork/payment on day of party
- Clean up and complete facility cleaning/closing checklist
