This is an important full-time position that we are looking to fill immediately or as soon as possible, based out of our office in Washington DC (Chevy Chase, MD).

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the independent processing of the order-to-invoice process.
• You will issue reminders when invoices become overdue.
• You will liaise with the Sales team when customer queries arise.
• You will use multiple systems throughout your working day.
• You will be involved in the coordination and implementation of internationally standardized processes.
• You will work on international projects.
• You will ensure professional customer communication, both written and verbal.

Requirements

• You have a degree in accounting or a comparable qualification.
• You have work experience in a commercial environment.
• You have knowledge of business administration.
• You are organized, have a solution-oriented way of working and are a quick learner.
• You are proactive and prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow.
• You are communicative, enjoy challenges and working in an international environment.
• You have a very good command of the English language - both written and verbal.
