Looking for bilingual individual who is fluent in Ilocano and English.

Responsibilities include interacting with customers after a health care based experience, so all telephone interviewers must be extremely polite and professional at all times while following specific scripts for each call.

Job/Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must read and write English and Ilocano well.
• Must type at least 25 wpm.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Must have a clear voice and enunciation.
• Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be honest, responsible and dependable.

We are currently hiring for day shifts 7am-3pm and swing shifts, which includes hours from 3pm-10pm M-F, 10am-6pm Sat and 11am-7pm Sunday.
