Responsibilities
Assists program consumers in applying and securing all the benefits for which they are eligible to receive
Implements treatment plans, manages cases, and provides transportation and linkage to community resources
Ensures the appropriate completion of all related documentation
Functions as an essential member of the team, assisting in shift coverage, participating program activities, and communicating with team members to cover all applicable duties
Qualifications
BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, or a related field
Two years of experience in mental health and human services
Valid New Jersey driver’s license

Tuesday through Friday, 2 days 1pm-9pm, 2 days 9am-5pm, and Saturday, 9am-5pm
