Behavior Support Specialist
Emory Valley Center is an agency located in Oak Ridge that provides support for people with intellectual & developmental disabilities in residential and community settings.
We seek experienced BSS's and Behavior Health Techs to support individuals served in our behavior health program. In-home services include hygiene assistance, meal-prep, cleaning, and medication administration. We also provide transportation services (company-provided vehicle) taking people for appointments and recreation in their communities.
Shifts available are 8 AM - 4 PM, 4 PM-12 AM and 12 AM-8 AM. One weekend shift each week is required for full time positions. Positions available in Oak Ridge.
Requirements & Pay
- One to Five years of experience supporting people with behavioral needs is required for this position. Pay is $15.50-16.50 per hour, depending on education and experience in the field.
- All positions require a high school diploma or GED, a valid TN driver license, criminal background check, and negative drug screen results.
- There is a $500 Sign-On bonus associated with these positions.
